Rubric was instructed by Damian and Michael, founders of The Safety Maintenance Company Limited for the acquisition of State of the Art Training Ltd, during a period of growth and expansion after over a decade of success.
As the deal progressed it was agreed that Damian and Michael would purchase a second company from the sellers, SOTA Training Ltd, which would enable The Safety Maintenance Company Limited to further enhance its market position. Our team swiftly adapted to this change in scope, which required quick action to ensure the deal was completed on time.
