I have since practised as a Commercial Property Solicitor at an established commercial property firm in Essex.

Over recent years I have advised on a range of transactions and portfolio management matters. Highlights include:

I acted for a landlord on the grant of a long lease of a prime retail unit to a national occupier, coordinating title regularisation, fit out permissions and key dates.

I advised a private investor on the sale of a multi let office building, managing replies to enquiries and disclosure to maintain timetable certainty.

I completed a refinance of an industrial unit for a pension backed structure, resolving title and access issues and negotiating security documentation with the lender.

I assisted a management company with a programme of lease variations and licences to regularise occupiers’ alterations and improve estate management.

I supported a borrower on the acquisition of a mixed use site, carrying out due diligence and negotiating conditions precedent for drawdown.
