My background is in regional practice across the West Midlands and the North, where I developed broad experience across a range of corporate transactions. I have advised on intra-group restructuring, franchise acquisitions and commercial negotiations for well-known national brands. I genuinely enjoy the variety and pace that transactional work brings, and the different commercial challenges each matter presents. Clients tell me I am direct, easy to work with and quick to respond.
I trained and qualified at regional firms in the West Midlands and have since built eight years of experience in corporate and commercial practice across the Midlands and the North. My career has focused on transactional work throughout, with M&A forming the core of my practice from an early stage.
I speak Punjabi alongside English, which has proved useful when working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside work, I love to travel and explore new cultures, and I spend most of my time with my family.
