I work across the full life cycle of corporate transactions. I draft and negotiate core deal documents, manage due diligence and data rooms, and coordinate approvals and completions. Professional Experience

I trained in a boutique corporate practice and qualified in May 2023. Earlier in my career I completed internships at several international firms.

Career Highlights

  • I led the legal workstream for a multi million pound fundraising round for a UK technology company, coordinating cross border share issuances and approvals and serving as the primary point of contact for investor queries.
  • I supported a multi entity group restructuring across the UK and EU, harmonising documentation with overseas counsel and ensuring compliance with local requirements.
  • I drafted and negotiated a suite of commercial agreements for a scaling business, implementing standard terms, NDA processes and contract playbooks to improve speed and consistency.
  • I managed company secretarial and governance for a growing group, including incorporations, statutory registers, board minutes and written resolutions.
  • I organised and supervised data rooms for several transactions, controlling access, maintaining document integrity and streamlining due diligence responses.

Personal

I speak Italian and English. Outside work I enjoy technology, gaming and cooking, including making pizza from scratch. I also have an interest in mental health and previously served as a workplace Mental Health First Responder.
