I am a corporate and commercial solicitor. I advise on private company M&A, fundraising and governance. My work includes drafting and negotiating shareholder, subscription and purchase agreements, convertible instruments and loan notes, consultancy and service agreements, NDAs, company guarantees, articles and option agreements. I work across the full life cycle of corporate transactions. I draft and negotiate core deal documents, manage due diligence and data rooms, and coordinate approvals and completions. I also support boards with governance, shareholder communications and company secretarial matters. I have experience working across multiple jurisdictions and aligning legal workstreams with wider business priorities. Clients value my approachable style, attention to detail and ability to explain complex issues in plain English.
I trained in a boutique corporate practice and qualified in May 2023. I have since worked in house as Legal Counsel for a high growth technology company, leading legal workstreams for investor relations, fundraising and corporate restructurings. Earlier in my career I completed internships at several international firms.
I speak Italian and English. Outside work I enjoy technology, gaming and cooking, including making pizza from scratch. I also have an interest in mental health and previously served as a workplace Mental Health First Responder.
